I would recommend CHS to any physician or group looking for a seamless switch to a robust EMR with a company that puts its clients first.

I have had an EMR since I moved into my office in 2007 and with CHS since 2011!! In 2023, I was annoyed that I HAD to transition to a new note system. My EMR company was no longer going to be compatible with some of the new requirements. So, I regretfully switched and CHS could not have made it any easier with their step wise approach to getting acclimated to their software.

The best thing about CHS is the ease with which they are accessible and able to get a human voice on the other end of the phone!!

They can customize the software from physician suggestions because they own it, and this has only made it better.

I have consistently met my MIPS requirements without any deductions. They have also had great suggestions for third party vendors that are compatible with their system.
