We have been with CHS for over 15 years, and the transition to Unifimd was incredibly smooth. Their well-trained staff was always ready to address our questions and concerns, ensuring a seamless experience. As expected with any new system, the days and weeks following our migration from LytecMD to Unifimd presented some challenges. However, having immediate access to our dedicated CHS team made the process much easier, and before long, we were fully operational with our new system.
I personally use the billing section, as well as the features for creating new categories and codes, and I find them extremely intuitive. The ability to fax directly from the system was a gamechanger for us, streamlining our workflow. Additionally, we handle all dictations and communications for prior authorizations and testing within the system, which keeps everything well-documented and significantly reduces time and paperwork. The option to print entire charts or specific sections is another huge time saver.
